Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy
The Photographer:
Nicholas Tinelli
The Client:
Any person, body of persons, firm, or company with whom the Photographer enters into a contract for the sale of goods or provision of services by the Photographer. The purchase of any photoshoot offered by Nicholas Tinelli constitutes a contractual agreement between you and the photographer and represents your acceptance of the terms and conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions prior to booking.
Copyright:
The photographs shot by Nicholas Tinelli realizing the photographic service are protected by the international laws in terms of copyright.
Display & Promotion:
The client hereby allows Nicholas Tinelli to display any images covered by this contract and to promote the business by means of advertising, publicity material, websites, exhibitions, competitions, magazine articles, and other such media, providing that the images are used lawfully and without damage to the client. In case the client doesn’t want for any reason the images to be displayed as mentioned above, the client must notify the photographer in advance. In this case, is up to Nicholas Tinelli to add such a specific clause to the contract.
Bookings:
All booking correspondences will be carried out via email or WhatsApp. Nicholas Tinelli accepts no responsibility for incorrect email addresses provided by you or failed email delivery attempts.
Payment & Confirmation:
Payment details (including the payment due date) will be indicated in my correspondence with you.
A 30% deposit on the total amount through PayPal or Stripe is requested (consult for other methods). Once the payment has been received, the reservation will be confirmed.
If the deposit is not made at least 6 hours before the event, the reservation will be canceled. The rest of the payment must be made in cash on the day of the activity.
Payment of the photoshoot fees will also indicate that you have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
Cancellation requested by the client:
Cancellations requested by the client must be made in writing, via email to Nicholas Tinelli.
If the client wishes to cancel the reservation for any reason up to 90 days before the booked date, the deposit will be refunded.
After this time the client will not be entitled to a refund, but is left with a credit voucher for another reservation (no time limit to use it).
It can be transferred to another person.
Cancellation made by the photographer:
In the event of any cancellation made by Nicholas Tinelli, for whatever reason, the fees will be refunded in full.
Personal Fitness, Allergies, Accidents, and Theft:
All events are undertaken at the participant’s own risk. Any medical condition, medication being taken, and/or allergies that may affect your health or participation must be notified to Nicholas Tinelli in writing before the event date. Nicholas Tinelli accepts no liability or obligation in the event of illness, injury, death, loss, or damage to personal property.
